Delivery & Returns.

CMI offer a wide range of delivery options.

Our courier services are provided by UPS, FedEx and TNT. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout & will be based upon shipping location, your selected delivery option & the size/weight of items in your basket.

*Method of delivery may vary depending upon scale/weight of purchase.

International Delivery Charges.

International charges are calculated at checkout & will be based on your shipping location and the weight/size of the items in your basket.

Despatch Schedule.

Orders for delivery within the UK must be received by 12pm Monday - Friday for same day dispatch*.
Orders received after 1pm, we will aim to have shipped on the next business day - stock permitting.
Orders for delivery outside the UK must be received by 12pm to be shipped the same day.

Lost/Damaged Delivery.

You must inform us within three working days from receipt of goods if your goods are lost, damaged or if a discrepancy has occurred, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery handler and/or correct the problem.
Please quote your order number in all correspondence to us.

Returns.

A third party return is available and can be arranged by the despatch sytem.

Legality.

On completion of your order with CMI, you agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery courier services (Parcelforce Worldwide) is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
